In 2024, Pinstructure was Excellence-focused, Customer-focused and Community-focused.
Pinstructure reaffirmed our ISO accreditations, namely the ISO9001 Quality Management, ISO14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, indicative of our commitment to providing quality products, the environment and the health, safety and wellbeing of our colleagues.
We were also recognized for our customer service in the SME Midland Enterprise Awards 2024 as the Most Customer-Focused Specialist Parts Engineering Company.
Last year, Pinstructure also focused on key projects to better serve our customer base. In early 2024, we launched the new Pinstructure website www.pinstructure.com allowing our customers to be able to avail product information and order when it suits them, 24/7.
Pinstructure and KN Products merged in April 2024, widening our technical and manufacturing expertise, our customers benefiting from improved lead manufacturing lead times.
In October, Pinstructure hosted a Macmillan Coffee Morning raising £400.00 for a great cause. We also installed a life-saving defibrillator at our site’s entrance in Enfield in early 2024, enhancing our commitment to the safety and well-being of our local community.
We have been working hard since last year on our plans for 2025 and are excited for them to come into fruition. Watch this space!
