Our Button clips are extensively used in the tube products industry and come in many forms. We tend to produce to order as the application criteria is so varied but production lead time is short.

The two most popular are:

• Single solid button: Series A20
• Double solid button: Series A21

Manufactured in high carbon spring steel strip, blued self colour with a mild steel zinc plated button.

An alternative construction is the pressed strip version, not as robust as the solid button type, but very suitable for light, high volume assemblies.

These are manufactured in high carbon spring steel strip which is fed through automated machinery with the button being formed from the base material.

• Single button: Series A22
• Double button: Series A23
