These type of washers have a knurled ring on the contact surface with the bolt/screw’s under head or nut.

The technical features make these washers a multifunctional product suitable for several applications:

  • The knurled ring effectively prevents the bolt getting loose
  • The spring force generated by the washer during tightening allows for compensation of clearance of the assembled parts, maintaining the bolts tightening force.
  • The conical shape allows even distribution of the forces exerted by the bolt or nut in application.

They are generally used with nuts and bolts of classes 6.8, 8.8 and 10.9. Thanks to their features they are used in many fields:

  • Electromechanics
  • Heavy construction machines
  • Transmissions
