A. Yes, we have our own transport which delivers twice a week within the Birmingham and Black Country area.

A. You can order by fax, telephone, email or via the trade counter. We currently do not offer online ordering.

A. Yes, our Certificate number is LRQ4004086/A which can be downloaded here.
Q. Are you accredited to ISO 14001?
A. No, not at this time however we follow its requirements.

Q. I can’t read or download the data sheets?
A. You need to register to be able to download the data sheets, you can do this by clicking here. If however you have registered or you are logged in it might be that you need to download Adobe reader, this is a free of charge program to enable you to read the downloadable documents. This can be downloaded here.
Q. What does W1, W2, W2B, W3, W4 and W5 material specifications mean?

Q. Can you supply sizes not listed in your data sheets?
A. Yes, we have manufacturing facilities onsite which cater for most needs, please enquire and we will be happy to help.

Q. Is the plating you use free of CR6?
A. Where necessary our products are free of CR6 and conform with European legislation. We sell to many industries including Agriculture which does not fall within this legislation. If you have any questions, please contact us and we can discuss this further.
